The Silver Group
...is designed for the beginner and novice level swimmer. The silver group will focus on teaching the correct techniques to allow the swimmer to advance to the age group level and compete in swim meets.

The Age Group III
...is designed for the swimmer who is competent in the freestyle & backstroke and ready to learn the basics of breaststroke and butterfly.

The Age Group II
...is designed for the swimmer who has mastered freestyle and backstroke. In this group the swimmer will continue to work on breaststroke & butterfly and will begin start and turn techniques. The group will focus on extensive stroke work, as well as workouts designed to prepare the swimmer for novice level competition. In order to compete in meets the swimmer in this group is required to make 75% of practices offered.

The Age Group I
...is designed for the swimmer who has mastered the strokes and has had previous competition experience. The group will focus on extensive stroke work, as well as workouts designed to prepare the swimmer for USS competition. In order to compete in meets, the swimmer in this group is required to attend 75% of practices offered.

The Advanced Age Group
...is designed for the elite age group swimmers. The swimmer must achieve "A" standard times and above. The swimmers in this group will focus on achieving state time standards as well as age group region time standards. In order to compete in meets, the swimmer must attend 80% of practices offered.

Senior Group "Tiger Sharks"
...is designed for those swimmers who have achieved "AA" standards and above, or competes on the high school level. The group will focus on extensive stroke work and dry land workouts. The swimmers in this group will train to compete on the state, regional, and national levels. In order to compete in swim meets, the swimmer must make 80% the practices offered.
